About the Founder, Mrs. Keisha Ford
Mrs. Keisha Ford, MA, PHR, has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. She has committed to providing various human resources solutions, including strategic workforce planning, staffing, and recruitment. Mrs. Ford started her career in the private industry and held leadership roles in higher education, state government, and the supply chain industry. In 2016, she transitioned to the federal government. Keisha has a proven track record of managing complex HR programs while collaborating with C-level executives to build and foster positive working environments based on performance and trust. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University, her Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and a Professional Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ®. Mrs. Ford is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. She and her husband have three children. Keisha is an accomplished and dedicated human resource professional whose passion is helping others. Her ultimate goal is to help equip today’s youth with the skills they need to reach their full potential in the workforce.
